Support When You Need It
The Coach's Office software programs come with 12 months of free technical support and software upgrades from the date of purchase. After that, you can purchase a 12-month service renewal agreement for each computer license - when you need it. [Pricing]
Renew the tech support maintenance agreement if you:

Need a replacement key or an entire re-installation (limit one per install license)

Need technical assistance because something changed on your computer (such as a virus or system upgrade)

Have a problem due to changes on your computer via Microsoft automatic updates, more
Maintenance Renewal Order Criteria
Maintenance renewal orders are accepted only from the license holder, with software serial number and email address. If the registered owner is a high school, university, other school affiliation (clubs), or pro team, the order is accepted through the company credit card, qualified PO, or company check and needs a company email address for download information. The receipt and download information will be sent to the license holder.
Maintenance Requirements
Whether in or out of warranty, we will request the following before issuing a new key:

A signed form from the IT department head or

A signed form from the servicing computer shop, complete with store number, ID, receipt, or

Police report

Software License Protected
Many of our software license holders - specifically schools and booster clubs - have asked us to increase the security on who is using their software licenses and purchasing maintenance agreements and additional licenses. Coach's Office is committed to protecting our customers' software licenses.
- Software license is not transferable to another person or company.
