Education Order: University, College, Schools

The Coach's Office football software programs can be ordered with an approved, accredited U.S. education institutions ("schools") purchase order; school credit card; or check.

The price for the first two installs are listed on our prices page, online store, and order form. If purchasing more than two licenses, see Education Volume Discount on this page.

A school email address is required for us to send the download and install instructions.

1. Purchase Order

• Fax us a copy of the signed P.O., with a P.O. number and billing address.

• Attach our completed order form, with the contact name and email address for the download instructions. [Fax number is on order form.]

2. Credit Card

• Order with a school credit card through our online store. [online store]

• Fill out both parts of the order information: 1) full name and address of the credit card holder and 2) school name and address

3. Mail a check

   • Mail a check and completed order form to the address on the form [order form]

   • Download instructions will be sent to the school email address on the order form

Education Volume Discount

We offer an education discount to qualifying universities and schools for multiple install licenses of more than two installs of our Coach's Office football software. [Call for prices]

• The discount applies only to the school's purchasing department, not individuals.
• Price discounts begin at three installs.

Software License: School

The software license is registered to the school paying for the purchase, not the individual making the purchase request, using a personal credit card (reimbursed), or using the software. The license is not transferable to an individual leaving the school.

Software Warranty & Maintenance

Coach's Office football software programs come with a 12-month tech support and maintenance warranty. After the 12 months, any support and maintenance issues require that the school purchase a maintenance renewal. This is voluntary and not automatically billed.
