Receive by Shipment or Download
USA orders can receive software CDs by priority mail, FedEx, and/or download from our website. Canada orders can receive software by airmail (7-10 working days) or download. The program you receive is the exact same program that is available for download.
USA Orders
- Download - High-speed Internet required. Download the Coach's Office program from our website and start using the program after we've processed your order.
- On the order form or the online order form, tell us in the instructions box that you would like to download the program and whether you also want the program shipped. (The download program is the same one you'll receive on CD.)
- We'll take off the default shipping charge for download only purchases.
- After your order is processed, you'll receive an email with your serial number and instructions on how to download, install, and activate the program.
- Easy-Scout programs are shipped.
- Priority Mail - Our default/standard shipment for US orders is priority mail. Orders are sent the following business day.
Canada Orders - Download Preferred
With the postal service rate hike and changes made to the way we can send to Canada, we prefer that you download Coach's Office. The new changes require that we now personally deliver the package to the post office, stand in line to have the package authorized and stamped by the postal attendant, and hand write an attached ticket.
This process has added enormous time to the shipment of one package. We can no longer simply apply the shipping label, add the postage stamps, and drop the package in the mail box.

- Airmail - Our default/standard shipment for Canada orders is airmail. Orders are sent the following business day and can take 7-10 business days for delivery.
International Orders Outside USA & Canada - Download Only
For orders outside the United States, follow these special instructions:
- The program must run in English, which requires that your computer be set to English.
- Canadian orders can be placed online, by phone or fax. Visa, MasterCard, Discover in US currency.
- If ordering online, a receipt (from Graphware, Inc.) is generated from the online system and e-mailed to you. This is your only receipt.

- Customers outside the USA and Canada - contact our tech support team first. 513.424.1091. Eastern Standard Time.
- Once approved, these orders are placed using a Visa , MasterCard, or Discover in USA currency exchange. The credit card receipt is emailed to the customer as a pdf file.
- The program and documentation are delivered via a Web download. High-speed Internet required.
- The program serial number and instructions for download, installation, and activation is emailed to the customer.
