The Coach's Office software programs come with 1 year of free technical support service and (download) upgrades from the date of purchase.

After that, you can purchase a 12-month service renewal agreement for each computer. (For pricing, go to our online store.) You will need to do this if you:

• Need replacement keys or an entire re-installation
• Need technical assistance because something changed on your computer (like an anti-virus or system upgrade)
• Have a problem due to changes on your computer via Microsoft automatic updates

In order to receive technical support or new software upgrades, you may purchase the service renewal agreement. You will need the name of the registered owner and software serial number in order to qualify for the service renewal agreement price. The receipt and download information will be sent to the registered owner only. If the registered owner includes a high school, university, or pro team, any email correspondence must be from that establishment's email address.

If a CD is required to be shipped, there is an additional charge.
