The Coach's Office software programs come with 1 year of free technical support service and software upgrades from the date of purchase.

After that, you can purchase a 12-month service renewal agreement for each computer on the license. Our prices are very reasonable. (For pricing, go to our online store.) You will need to do renew the maintenance if you:

• Need a replacement key or an entire re-installation
• Need technical assistance because something changed on your computer (like an anti-virus or system upgrade)
• Have a problem due to changes on your computer via Microsoft automatic updates

In order to receive technical support or new software upgrades, you may purchase the service renewal agreement. You will need the name of the registered owner and software serial number in order to qualify for the service renewal agreement price. The receipt and download information will be sent to the registered owner only. If the registered owner includes a high school, university, or pro team, any email correspondence will need to be from that establishment's email address.

Whether in or out of warranty, we will also request:

• A signed form from the IT department head or
• A signed form from the servicing computer shop, complete with store number, ID, receipt, or
• Police report (stolen computer)
